Waco Weekend

It's been 3 months since we've been to Waco. The last time we were here was for our wedding! I have to say it was pretty surreal being back at the same places with such recent wonderful and vivid memories. It was also nice to enjoy Waco without wedding planning appointments. :)

That weekend 3 months ago was so perfect that it is incredible to have a place to go back to and remember.

On Saturday the weather was perfect! Friday and today it rains, but Saturday was cool and great Fall weather!

I got up, went for a run, we had breakfast and then went to Thomas' favorite place... The bookstore!

We had a BBQ lunch with friends, The Pattersons. Great conversation and yummy food!

Then we took a stroll down memory lane. They built a new garden at Armstrong Browning that is very beautiful and peaceful. We sat in our swing for a bit and took it all in.

The game got off to a slow start, but Baylor pulled out the win against SHSU! Baylor win = happy husband!

We're headed back to Houston and as I blog and pinterest from my phone... Thomas is in the driving zone!

Looking forward to homecoming in a few weeks!
